Personal Coaching
During coaching sessions we focus on effective and less effective patterns of behavior.
By recognizing and analysing those patterns – which are often unconscious - ineffective behavior can be changed. It becomes clear that in order to influence behavior of others you must first change your own behavior. How you can effectively make use of your personality as an instrument and still be true to yourself.
In many organisations the manager as coach is emerging. This is a positive development.
But the manager also reviews his professionals. This can be a double role for the manager.
Sometimes space, time or skills to reflect effectively are lacking.
The external coach operates independently based on behavioral expertise.
Topics
- Instead of doing what we think others expect – act out of strength and personality
- Instead of hiding behind a mask - make a connection between feelings inside
and what you show to others
- Instead of under functioning - act proactively and take responsibility
- Instead of blocking emotionally – learn to cope with emotions and to relate effectively
- Instead of judging and feeling entangled in interests – act open and find solutions
