Mission and Vision
My mission is helping organisations to add value to their customers and offer an inspiring environment.
Successful companies that last create an environment that stimulates people to make the best use of their talents and drives. It is vital to develop people’s self-knowledge, responsibility, ownership and enthusiasm.
By preserving (com)passion for the business, for each other and for the environment as key elements.
Method
I pay a lot of attention to the diagnosis. I find that often the focus is on the quick fix.
My contribution starts with a thorough understanding of the customers exact needs.
One of my talents is to see this through. I have a keen eye for the uniqueness of a situation or a person.
In my view diagnosing is an important step in order to choose really effective interventions.
Time will be won later on by doing this thoroughly.
I offer flexibility with an appropriate mix of understanding and confrontation (described as “gentle confrontation”). After an initial interview a customized proposal is made. The project starts with discussing the goals and approach assuring the commitment of all relevant stakeholders. During the process or at the end of the assignment an evaluation will take place.
Tools and cooperation
I make use of a wide range of instruments. Interventions are customized and personalized. They fit the specific situation. In bigger projects I collaborate in a network of business partners and specialists.
I’m a licensed coach of Management Drives (MD).
It’s great to see people recognising themselves in the MD-profiles.
The power of the MD-colors is the shared and international language which improves understanding and lessens judgements. A coherent package of tailor-made interventions can be implemented rapidly.
This leads to concrete results for the team and the individual using the talents available.
